Product Overview
The GGSK1 digital control panel is an extension of the controller’s display and control functions. It connects to the controller via signal wires, requiring no additional power supply or data cables, which ensures convenient wiring. It can automatically cycle‑display parameters including current three‑phase voltage, three‑phase current, active power, reactive power, three‑phase temperature, active electric energy, and switch‑on/off operation counts.
Users may enable or disable protection functions via keypad operation: over‑voltage, under‑voltage, phase‑loss, over‑temperature, long‑time‑delay for current overload, short‑time‑delay for short‑circuit, and instantaneous protection.
Key major parameters can be set through keypad input: threshold values for over‑voltage, under‑voltage, phase‑loss, over‑current and over‑temperature; long‑time‑delay duration for overload; short‑circuit short‑time‑delay multiple; short‑circuit short‑time‑delay duration; and short‑circuit instantaneous multiple.
Product Features
● LCD Display Function The product adopts a 128×64 dot-matrix OLED liquid-crystal screen with a user‑friendly Chinese man‑machine interaction interface. It automatically cycles through relevant controller parameters, including three‑phase voltage, three‑phase current, active power, reactive power, three‑phase temperature, active electric energy, fault alarm information and more.
● Indication Function High‑brightness LED diodes are used to accurately indicate the operating status of the controller, such as power status, communication status, alarm status, fault status, etc.
● Control Function Relevant controller parameters can be remotely set via keypad operation, including threshold values for over‑/under‑voltage, phase‑loss, over‑current and over‑temperature; overload long‑time‑delay duration; short‑circuit short‑time‑delay multiple; short‑circuit instantaneous multiple, and other parameters.
● Communication Function Equipped with a standard RS485 interface, the product interfaces with the controller via general or customer‑specified protocols (e.g. MODBUS) to realize designated controller functions. It supports multi‑device communication under master‑multiple‑slave mode. Parameters of multiple controllers can be displayed cyclically and configured. Customized functions are also available upon customer request.、
● Power Consumption The product utilizes industry-leading highly-integrated, low‑power professional-grade microprocessor chips for stable and reliable performance. It features low operating voltage, low current, simple wiring, safety, convenience, neat installation and environmental-friendliness.
Function Introduction
- Overvoltage protection: When the voltage of any phase reaches the set overvoltage threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- Undervoltage protection: When the voltage of any phase reaches the undervoltage set threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- Phase loss protection: When the voltage of any phase reaches the set phase loss threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- Overcurrent protection: When the current in any phase reaches the set overcurrent threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- ØShort-circuit short-delay protection: When the current in any phase reaches the short-circuit short-delay set threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- Phase loss protection: The corresponding action is executed when only one phase current is zero in the three phases.
- Ø Current imbalance protection: When the current in any phase reaches a set threshold, the corresponding action is executed.
- ØLeakage current protection: Performs corresponding actions when the residual current reaches a set threshold.
- Over-temperature protection: When any channel temperature reaches the set threshold, corresponding actions will be executed.
- Communication fault protection: A fault is reported when communication between the panel and the controller, or between the controller and the gateway, is lost.

Energy Consumption Monitoring in Green Factories
Size: No modifications to the existing distribution cabinet are required
Low accuracy: Class 0.2 for current and voltage; Class 0.5 for active energy
Digital: RS-485 Transmission
Safety: Residual current and temperature monitoring to prevent electrical fires
Electric Motors
Real-time measurement of equipment power consumption
Measures the equipment temperature in real time; if the temperature exceeds the limit, a signal is sent to the soft-start cabinet to shut down the equipment.
RS-485 output throughout the system; electrical parameters are sent to the PLC and touchscreen.
No need to open the cabinet to inspect the external panel
