Digital Control Online Soft Starter

The ZR900 series 37-75kW online soft starter is compatible with 37-75kW three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. It features an online built-in bypass design; the bypass activates after startup, reducing thyristor heat loss. It is equipped with a Chinese/English LCD display, multiple digital inputs, programmable relay output (adjustable delay 0-240s), supports Modbus-RTU networking communication, and can be connected to an external 4-20mA analog interface.
Developed for medium-impact loads such as dust collectors, large and medium-sized water pumps, compressors, crushers, and belt conveyors, this device reduces starting current surges and protects motors and machinery. It features current imbalance detection, phase sequence identification, and adjustable short-circuit protection time, making it suitable for industrial environments with significant power supply fluctuations. The main circuit uses high-current terminals, requiring strict adherence to wiring and grounding specifications. For ordinary loads, the motor power is directly matched; for heavy-load impact applications, a larger selection is recommended. Suitable for cabinet installation in industrial and mining environments, water treatment facilities, etc.
