NR1000 series 30kW~37kW standard built-in bypass soft starter is upgraded mid-power motor control solution based on 32-bit DSC fuzzy control chip, designed for medium load 3-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors at 380V industrial sites. Compared with 5.5-22kW mini models, this segment adds expandable 4-20mA analog output board and dual programmable relay contacts, retaining integrated bypass contactor design to lower heat generation during continuous full-voltage operation. It limits motor starting current to 1-5x rated value to avoid grid overload, delivers soft stop function to eliminate water hammer and inertial surge of pump/blower equipment, widely used in water treatment, ventilation and medium crushing industries.
- Expandable 4-20mA Analog Output Interface: Optional expansion board provides 4~20mA DC current signal (0A=4mA, max rated current=20mA), 0.5% linear precision, connect to PLC or DC ammeter for real-time motor current monitoring
- Dual Programmable Relay Outputs (2 Channels): Customizable relay logic via parameter menu (bypass signal, fault alarm, running interlock, feed current monitoring), AC250V 5A contact capacity for external alarm & interlock circuit
- High Precision Real-Time Sampling: 12-bit AD sampler + DMA direct AC sampling, no dead zone data collection, accurate phase sequence angle, frequency, cumulative runtime monitoring
- Adjustable Inverse Time Overload Curves (1~6 Grades): Longer protection delay for higher curve grade, effectively prevent medium-power motor overheating burnout under long-term partial overload
- Self-Adaptive Load Startup Logic: Auto extend startup time & boost torque based on actual load during soft start, stronger adaptability for medium inertia blowers and pumps
- Same Full Protection System as Full Series: Short circuit quick break (adjustable ≤0.1s), phase imbalance protection (5~100% imbalance threshold), start failure protection, phase sequence error protection to avoid reverse rotation damage of compressors
- Bilingual LCD Operation Panel: Chinese/English one-click switch, fault screen capture function locks all running data at fault moment for fast failure diagnosis
- Convenient Expansion Terminal Layout: Independent 10-pin expansion interface on control board for quick installation of 4-20mA & RS485 modules without rewiring main circuit
