NR1000 series 90kW~115kW high-power built-in bypass soft starter is specially developed for heavy-duty high-current 380V three-phase squirrel cage motors, adopting upgraded large-current thyristor module and enhanced heat dissipation air channel structure. This power segment upgrades to 3 independent programmable relay output channels, standard integrated 4-20mA analog monitoring terminal, and strengthens short-circuit breaking capacity for high-current industrial equipment. The built-in bypass contactor greatly reduces long-term thyristor heat generation, solving overheating failure risks of high-power soft starters under 24-hour continuous running, widely used in mining, water conservancy and heavy crushing industrial sites.
- 3 Independent Programmable Relay Outputs (AC250V 5A): Support multi-group interlock logic – bypass completion signal, fault alarm, running status, upper/lower current limit feed, delay output (0~240s adjustable), realize multi-equipment linkage control in large central control cabinets
- Upgraded Large-Current Heat Dissipation System: Simulated fluid heat dissipation design, enlarged air cooling channel, adapt to high-temperature workshop environment, capacity derate only 2% per ℃ above 40℃
- Ultra-High Overload Resistance: 400% rated current sustain 60s short-time startup overload, ideal for locked-rotor heavy loads like mining crushers and large slurry pumps
- Standard Integrated 4-20mA + RS485 Dual Interfaces: Real-time upload motor running current to DCS/PLC system, remote parameter modification & fault query via Modbus RTU industrial bus
- Multi-Level Inverse Time Overload Protection (1~6 Curves): Match different high-power motor insulation grades, prevent long-term partial overload burning of expensive large motors
- Instant Emergency Stop Function: Normally closed external emergency stop terminal, support self-recovery mode – auto clear fault signal after external hazard removal, match mining safety production standards
- Full-Process Real-Time Monitoring: Display 3-phase current, input voltage, frequency, phase sequence angle, cumulative running hours, fault record storage on bilingual LCD screen
- Strict Factory Quality Inspection: Each unit passes full-load aging test before delivery, complete nameplate, inspection certificate and warranty card for traceability
