High Start Duty Soft Starter

NR1000 series 250kW~400kW super high power heavy-duty built-in bypass soft starter is flagship large-current motor control equipment of Zhejiang Xinhang Electric, developed for 380V ultra-high power three-phase asynchronous motors in heavy industrial fields. Adopting large-size high-current thyristor modules and reinforced vertical forced air cooling structure, this power segment reserves complete independent terminals: 3 programmable relays, isolated RS485-GND shielding terminal, 4-20mA analog output, and multi-group switch input points for emergency stop, start/stop control. The built-in large-capacity bypass contactor minimizes continuous running heat loss, avoids cabinet overheating shutdown for 24h non-stop heavy load equipment, and supports Modbus RTU centralized DCS control for large industrial parks, mines and water conservancy hubs.
