The 860E-250-400KW Super High Power Permanent Magnet Synchronous VFD is a top-tier industrial dedicated drive for 250-400KW ultra-large permanent magnet synchronous motors. It adopts split modular power cabinet and independent partition heat dissipation design, specially optimized for long-term full-load and high-inertia operation characteristics of super high-power PMS motors.
The upgraded dedicated PMS motor vector algorithm ensures stable low-speed high-torque output of ultra-large permanent magnet motors, with torque control accuracy up to ±3%. The standard DC bus parallel interface supports multi-VFD energy recovery linkage, greatly reducing energy consumption of heavy industry main drive equipment, and meets the 24-hour uninterrupted operation demands of metallurgy, cement and mining industries.
Application Scenarios
Ultra-large permanent magnet synchronous motor main drive for metallurgical rolling mills, cement rotary kilns, mine main hoists, thermal power plant induced draft fans and municipal ultra-large water pump stations.
