The 860S 450–560kW ultra-large industrial current vector frequency converter is tailored for ultra-high power heavy-duty drive scenarios. It adopts a floor-standing, thickened sheet metal layered heat dissipation structure and is equipped with a high-power dedicated vector control algorithm. Its torque output and heat dissipation design are optimized for ultra-high inertia, long-term heavy loads, and frequent start-stop loads. The entire unit inherits the standardized process functions of the series: built-in simple PLC multi-segment speed cycle, oscillating frequency speed regulation, meter counting, multi-unit synchronous PID closed-loop control, and newly added high-power multi-unit parallel load balancing control logic; the equipment comes standard with an RS485 Modbus communication interface, and the braking system requires an external ultra-high power independent braking unit to adapt to heavy lifting and high-speed braking conditions; the expansion slots are fully compatible with various encoders, industrial buses, and multi-channel IO expansion accessories, adapting to the integration of large-scale metallurgical and mining complete electrical control systems.
1. High-power, long-term stable operation
The dual-channel independent air-cooling structure significantly improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the power module, enabling continuous operation under full load for extended periods. The entire unit features comprehensive fault protection, with real-time monitoring and early warning for three-phase input/output phase loss, motor short circuit, bus overvoltage/undervoltage, module overheating, and output overload. Two-stage frequency hopping suppresses large mechanical resonance, and automatic current limiting during heavy-load deceleration prevents shutdown due to bus overvoltage faults.
2. High-precision vector drive with ultra-large inertia
The open-loop vector output at 0.25Hz delivers 150% burst torque, while the closed-loop FVC maintains a speed stability of ±0.02% and a torque control error of ±3%. Dynamic slip is compensated in real time, resulting in minimal speed fluctuations under heavy loads. Instantaneous power outages and short-term power recovery ensure continuous production. It can withstand 150% rated current for 60 seconds of overload, perfectly handling the starting impact of heavy equipment.
3. Full-process integrated automated control
It features 10 main frequency settings and 10 auxiliary fine-tuning sources that can be freely superimposed and switched; a high-speed pulse port with a maximum transmission and reception speed of 100kHz; a built-in 16-speed automatic program that can independently complete process cycles without the need for an external PLC; oscillation frequency, constant tension, and constant pressure PID closed-loop control adapts to large-scale thin film, cable, and textile production lines; and a digital tube operation panel that can be customized to display all core operating parameters, making local debugging convenient and intuitive.
4. Expansion and compatibility of large-scale electronic control systems
Features include multi-channel isolated digital input/output, dual analog channels, high-speed pulse feedback, and multiple sets of high-power relay alarm outputs; supports acquisition from differential, open-collector, UVW, and resolver encoders; and can be equipped with various industrial bus communication expansion cards to support centralized remote monitoring and batch parameter modification of large-scale frequency converter networks.
