1. Differentiated advantages in control and performance (compared to 7.5-11kW models)

1.1 Lightweight Vector Control Tuning: The SVC open-loop vector algorithm is optimized for small flow water pumps, and 180% of the starting torque can be output at 0.5Hz. Shallow wells with low head start are smooth without jamming, and the speed stability accuracy is ±0.5%, which is suitable for low flow and pressure stabilization irrigation needs such as drip irrigation and micro-sprinkler irrigation.

1.2. Streamlined and flexible multi-speed logic: Built-in 16-segment simple PLC program, farmers can customize the irrigation speed in the morning, noon and evening, without the need for professional programming tools, and switch irrigation modes with one click of the panel button;

1.3 Low-power hardware design: The carrier frequency is adaptive from 0.5 to 15 kHz. Under light load conditions, the switching frequency is automatically reduced, reducing the standby power consumption of the whole machine by 22%. It can maintain low-frequency intermittent water supply in cloudy and low-light environments.

1.4 Miniaturized installation structure: The overall dimensions are uniformly H200mm×W130mm×D155.5mm, with M4 mounting holes. Wall mounting occupies very little space and can be directly installed in well houses or simple outdoor rainproof boxes. A single person can complete the disassembly, assembly, and wiring.

2. Terminals and Expansion Configuration

Inputs: 6-channel digital input (DI), dual-channel analog input (AI) (0~10V universal voltage, AI2 compatible with 4~20mA level sensors);
Outputs: 1 channel open collector pulse FM, 2 channels relay contacts, dual AO analog outputs (0~10V/4~20mA);
Communication: Standard Modbus-RTU 485, can be connected to a small external acquisition module to realize local recording of single household water pump operation data, but does not support complex remote cluster monitoring.

3. Comprehensive protection system

Equipped with hierarchical fault detection logic, it automatically scans for motor short circuits and output phase loss upon power-up; it monitors overcurrent, bus overvoltage/undervoltage, module overtemperature, and motor overload in real time; and it features built-in water shortage linkage logic, which, when combined with a float sensor, enables automatic shutdown when there is no water in the well, preventing low-power idling from burning out the pump body. The G-type model has overload protection standards of 150% rated current for 60 seconds and 180% for a short period of 3 seconds, suitable for frequent start-stop operations of small water pumps.

4. Applicable Scenarios

Suitable for small-scale off-grid water supply projects with average sunlight resources and daily water consumption of ≤50 tons. Applications include drip irrigation for terraced fields, small-scale sprinkler irrigation for orchards, domestic water supply for single households in mountainous areas, drinking water for small-scale cattle and sheep farms, small-scale integrated water and fertilizer systems in greenhouses, and small-scale water lifting projects in shallow rivers and ponds.

5. Environmental compatibility limitations

Full power operation at altitude ≤1000m, with a 10% capacity reduction for every 1000m increase in altitude; continuous operation at ambient temperature -10℃ to 40℃, with reduced load operation required at 40℃ to 50℃; IP20 indoor protection for the entire unit, must not be exposed to direct sunlight, and requires a simple rainproof electrical control box.
