The 860E-450-560KW Ultra High Power Permanent Magnet Synchronous VFD is a customized flagship drive for 450-560KW ultra-large permanent magnet synchronous motors in heavy chemical, metallurgical and mining industries. It adopts double-layer split cabinet structure and industrial forced air cooling system, completely solving the heat dissipation bottleneck of ultra-high-power PMS motors running continuously for 24 hours.
The specially upgraded large-inertia PMS motor control algorithm realizes shock-free startup and stable speed regulation of ultra-large permanent magnet motors. The built-in multi-level safety protection system and energy recovery function fully meet the high-reliability and energy-saving demands of heavy industry core equipment.
Application Scenarios
Ultra-large permanent magnet synchronous motor drive for metallurgical hot rolling main drives, large vertical mine hoists, thermal power plant primary air fans and chemical ultra-large circulating pump stations.
