The 860S 450–750KW floor-standing current vector inverter with base is an upgraded, thickened, integrated load-bearing and vibration-damping metal floor-standing base based on the standard 450–560kW circuit control architecture. Its structure is optimized for independent ground installation and ultra-large integrated electrical control station scenarios. The entire unit adopts a dual-layer, dual-channel air-cooling system. The ultra-high-power vector main control ensures low-speed, heavy-load, and high-precision speed control. All process control functions are fully retained. The base integrates three optimized designs: vibration damping, stable load-bearing, and standardized wiring channels, significantly reducing the interference of high-power equipment vibration on surrounding electrical components. It comes standard with RS485 industrial communication, an external ultra-high-power independent braking unit, and expansion card slots compatible with a full range of IO, bus, and encoder expansion cards, adapting to the independent floor-standing installation needs of heavy equipment in metallurgy, mining, and large ports.
1. Exclusive design of integrated shock-absorbing floor base
The thickened sheet metal one-piece load-bearing base has a built-in multi-layer shock absorption and buffer structure, which effectively reduces the transmission of vibration during the operation of ultra-high power equipment; the base is reserved with standardized grounding bar and cable layered wiring space, eliminating the need for additional installation steel frame and greatly shortening the processing cycle of large electrical control sets; the base is integrated with the air duct of the whole machine, improving the bottom air intake heat dissipation efficiency and providing better temperature rise control during long-term full-load operation.
2. High-performance vector drive for ultra-high load capacity
Sensorless SVC outputs 150% of rated starting torque at 0.25Hz; closed-loop FVC achieves speed stability as low as ±0.02%; torque control error ≤±3%; dynamic slip compensation offsets speed drift under heavy loads; instantaneous power failure and short-term backup ensure continuous production line operation; 150% rated current for 60s overload output perfectly adapts to the starting impact load of heavy equipment; AVR automatic voltage regulation resists large fluctuations in industrial power grid voltage.
3. Complete integrated automated process control unit
Built-in programmable logic unit supports 16-speed fully automatic cyclic operation; 10 types of main and auxiliary frequency sources can be freely superimposed and switched, with a maximum high-speed pulse input and output of 100kHz; oscillation frequency, meter counting, constant tension/constant pressure PID closed loop can be directly adapted to wide-width film, large-scale wire drawing, and textile complete production lines; 5-digit digital tube operation panel can be customized to display all operating parameters such as voltage, current, torque, and speed, and local debugging operation is intuitive and convenient.
4. Massive system expansion and comprehensive protection
The entire unit features multi-level hardware protection against phase loss, short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and overload; two-stage frequency hopping avoids large mechanical resonance; multiple isolated digital and analog terminals; high-speed pulse acquisition; and multiple sets of high-power relay alarm outputs; various industrial buses, multi-channel IO, and full-specification PG encoder expansion cards are optional, supporting centralized remote monitoring and batch parameter debugging of dozens of frequency converters in a network.
